Everyone deserves their dream home. Upon meeting with you, the buyer, we analyze the needs from the wants. We help you to get prequalified, and set up a home search through the MLS system. This is where you will be able to view prospective homes. As we begin to narrow down the choices, we help to negotiate an offer, open escrow, help you through inspections, make sure all repairs are completed, and order an appraisal. All while making sure your lender is staying on task so the closing is on time. When we see the light at then end of the tunnel, we’ll go to Title company and sign with you and wait for it to close. Then we get to give you your key!
We do our research. Looking into the market area before meeting with you the seller. Our process is simple: 1) Meet with you, the seller. 2) Qualify the subject property. 3) Educate you on preparing the home for sale through de-clutter, paint, repairs, & inspection. 4) Dealing with everything else such as helping to decide the asking price, listing the property, attracting qualified buyers, and more. We even put it into our MLS system, setup a virtual tour, and even advertise through online marketing, mailings, open houses, agent tours with the Board of Realtors, etc. We help you through the whole process. All of the way down to the last dotted “i” and crossed “t”.
Whether you are a tenant or the landlord, we can help qualify property and set pricing and terms. Landlords ~ We have a lot of services to offer you. Advertising on and offline, showing the property, & screening tenants are but a few to scratch the surface. Tenants ~ Helping with your credit check or verifying employment and references are some ways we can help you. We also schedule a move-in date/move-out date, collect rents, do drive byes to make sure the property is in good condition, annually walk-thru, order any repairs, and even paying the owners. Giving you piece of mind so that all you have to do is live.
